Forum Quick FactsThe Corporate E-Discovery Forum ‘CEDF’ organization began April, 2006 and currently includes over 160 corporations and over 380 individual participants. Forum Meetings: Corporate E-Discovery Forum meetings occur in locations across the country to bring corporate members together in person to discuss working group topics. The forum in-person meetings include real-world practical enactments of scenarios including: “Meet & Confer”, Preparing 30b(6) witness, . As well as, Judges’ participating in “what if “ scenarios that help corporate entities understand the risk of certain decisions made during the life cycle of litigation management. E-Dialogue-Sessions: E-Discovery Dialogue w/Judges/Law Firms/Legal Associations Working Group: CEDF E-Dialogue-Sessions occur in regions across the country to bring CEDF members, Judges, Law Firms and Legal Associations together in person to discuss and participate in question/mock scenarios and/or topical discussions to assist in-house and outside counsel understand the risk of certain decisions made during the life cycle of litigation management. CEDF Working Groups: The Working Groups are designed to established communications between corporate entities. Working groups have monthly scheduled meetings throughout the year to discuss specific ideas and protocols to bring efficiencies to their organizations. The goal of the working groups is to create an environment of sharing information and developing thought-leadership documentation posted to a secure, password protected website. The forum website is a repository for documentation and discussion threads for each working group, calendaring for future events and corporate member information. CEDF Working Groups Include:
